Hello! I am a nurse, author, daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother living in Southern, Maryland. I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family. Taking time to practice my spiritual beliefs, is important to me because that is where my strength derives from. I am the youngest of 14 children and blessed to have so many siblings.
As a nurse, I have worked for over 30 years on oncology, telemetry, behavioral health, and transitional care units in hospitals, nursing homes, and physician’s offices. I was board-certified as a gerontological nurse.
I look forward to connecting with my readers. I know this book will inform and inspire you to feel equipped to deal with end of life patients, loved ones, or family members. Many people have fear when providing care for end of life patients even healthcare providers. This book was written to alleviate that fear because once you alleviate fear, it can change your perspective to provide the best outcome for the person.
